would like to thank the lady on the counter (sarah) very friendly and helpful my father was getting confused when ordering his medication she helped him sort out where the pharmacy would sort out all his medication for him she looked after him so well ..he sadly past away last mouth ... if all your staff are like this then what a fantastic team you have thank you again for your help with my dad really hope this message get's past on to sarah
Medication Constantly incorrect And/or missing. The manager is not very nice, Very poor customers service! (Have been reduce to tears more then once, through the manger being nasty, very unprofessional) GMB needs to be aware of this. Shall be moving my custom elsewhere.
Got a private appointment and prescription emailed to this pharmacy within 20 mins only to find they have shut for lunch ! It's 2017 not 1970 who the hell shuts for lunch these days ?
