Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist just stopped and starting talking to his friend and made us wait for over 20 mins. Best of all the medicine was unmixed so he did not have to make any of it !!!!!
Excellent service. Fitted me out with a wrist splint for carpal tunnel same day. Gave my daughter Hep A injection for travel. Pharmacist simply could not have been more pleasant and friendly. Put her at ease when she hates needles!
This place isn't even worth 1 star. I phoned to let the staff order my meds 4 days in advance so I could collect on Saturday. No one bothered to order them. Staff said they would get them by Monday night and deliver them. Nothing happened. Finally got them the following Thursday after going 3 days without important heart medication even though I notified the pharmacist I would run out after a couple of days. I went out of my way to help them get adequate stock but some staff obviously aren't bothered.
Excellent independent chemist and a shining example of best practice in the provision of harm reduction services. This place alone puts Sheffield head and shoulders above most cities in the UK simply by existing.
They did not hold the full required amount of my prescription medicine as they claimed there was a national shortage. They gave me a receipt of the rest. Visited them twice with same reply. After a year I asked them that I paid for the prescription but I got a silly reply! ....
