Good pharmacy. Prescriptions always right. Friendly staff. Never have to wait long. Clean shop with packed shelves. Handy parking outside.

Every month we visit this pharmacy for a repeat prescription and every month the staff are more confused than the last time. This place and the Surgery next door cant seem to ever get it right, so you queue, queue again and join the next queue! What should take 5 minutes takes half an hour. And that is not a one off!
3 staff. all ignored growing queue. lady in front of me asked for service. 2 female staff laughed and continued to ignore. I walked out to nearby Boots and wont be returning. Appalling customer service.
