We picked Aqua Gas out of pure emergency when our boiler started making screaming and banging noises. They turned up when they said they would, were very efficient, polite and genuinely nice people to deal with. We will definitely book them for our future annual service and repairs.
Engineer attended my house, seemed very aggressive, very rude. He had no clue about boiler services , absolute ignorant. WASTE OF MONEY
After suffering with no heating over the weekend, I called Aqua Gas at 8.30am and by 12.15 the engineer had repaired the problem and the boiler was up and running perfectly. The engineer was very polite and cleaned up after finishing the work. I would recommend this business to anyone. Thank you
I have just used Aqua gas today to remove my old boiler and refit a new one,I have never recommended anyone before, but Dave from aqua gas has made me rethink this, he gave me a prompt quote,and a very prompt date for the job to be done, (two days).He came that day and was finished by 1600hrs that day, and charged me just what he quoted,I cannot praise Dave and aqua gas enough and would certainly use them again.Steve O.
I have now used Aqua gas Sheffield twice. I have found them the most obliging company. Their prompt attention was exceptional. I had my central heating problem sorted very quickly and successfully. The person who came was most pleasant and explained carefully what I should do if I had the same problem again.Today I had my Living Flame Gas Fire serviced. Again prompt attention and an appointment made to suit me. This time I had 2 people come and did a very good job. There was no pushy sales talk and extremely helpful and pleasant. I have recommended them to other people and will continue to do so. So nice to get pleasant and helpful service. I cannot praise them enough.
