Dave has been exceptionally helpful and kind to my elderly mother, sorting out her heating problems and going that "extra mile" to ensure that both she and I were happy with the work to be carried out. I cannot praise him highly enough for his dedication and professionalism. Highly recommended.
Good bloke, excellent, efficient job. Ignore the 1 star review from the guy who doesnt understand how plumbers etc charge labour out. Would recommend and they charge reasonable prices.
Came out on a snowy Sunday to fix an elderly neighbour's boiler.
Stuck for help after an insurance company let us down and left us with water leaking from a radiator. David Birtles came out even when he was busy to get us sorted, no charge for quoting a price. We hired him and he did a good job, came when he said he would, no complaints from us. We cancelled the insurance and will rely on him in future for yearly checks and any service work needed
They came to look at the problem for 30 seconds and charged us 55 + VAT and that price was just for looking at it! Would cost extra to get parts and even more to actually fix it. Could probably buy a new one all together.
