A very good experience all round. I had an out-of-hours emergency, and Renald responded quickly arriving at the agreed times for both visits. He was very methodical, and took time to explain what he was doing to investigate the problem and minimise costs and disruption, as well as providing advice between the two visits. Renald's customer service skills were excellent - he was very polite, respectful of my home environment, and kept it clean and tidy throughout the job. Excellent service and very good value for money .
Renald was recommended to me when my heating had stopped working, he came and got me a quote straight away then managed to fit me in at short notice to get my heating back on even though he was very busy. Very reliable and friendly. Got it back working in no time, Thank you.
