Massive queues even at self service, just two people serving, staff have very low IQ, PATHETIC
As others have stated. Poor and slow service
Good but very understaffed. I usually use the self service kiosks for my eBay items which are great and easy to use, but there is always a massive queue for the post office counter and rarely enough staff.
Very very slow service, just one person serving, faulty self service machines that dont work, ignorant rude unhelpful staff, queue for over an hour, I will never use this horrible post office again, Shocking customer service.
Helpful and friendly staff but the management is poor. Can expect to wait 20 minutes before to be served due to not enough counter being open.
