Excellent service from Roxanna and the rest of the team. Great communication and organisation while booking a viewing for the property; and Roxanna even went out of her way to meet us after work hours to show us around. On securing the flat, Belvoir's processing of our application was helpful and efficient; they kept in touch with any new information (unprecedented among estate agents, in my experience!) and did a great job getting us through the financial rigmarole. Highly recommended.

Georgina and Francesca managed to secure plenty of appointments, although due to last minute cancellations these didnt bear fruit for some weeks. By mutual agreement the advertising was improved and finally it all came together. Communication was often patchy but Francesca and Georgina are always very helpful and friendly. Belvoir have always supplied me with great tenants and I would be happy to continue with their services.
