Do not go with this TERRIBLE COMPANY! They charge 180 admin fee and a move out fee of 40 which is ridiculous. Yet the whole time we lived there if we ever had any problems, they never replied to a single email we sent or picked up the phone so we actually had to go into where they were based! there were damages to the apartment when we moved in that they refused to fix and told us we had to sort the problems out ourselves.

However, they got it marketed very quickly and helped me get the quick sale I was looking for (in just over a week) at the asking price. The Belvoir fees are also very competitive. Service from James in particular was very good - always responsive to queries, helpful, knowledgeable and consistently gave the sense he was talking to you as a person, rather than just as a piece of business. I would highly recommend.

Best Letting Agents Ever.I have dealt with Belvoir for more than 6 months now. after having experience with multiple letting agents in the UK and in Sheffield in particular, I can say they are the most professional so far.The ladies in the office (Francesca and Roxanna) whom I have mainly had contact with are extremely nice, professional and always there when we ever needed them for any property related issues.
