We were looking to buy a house for sometime and had to deal with Whitehornes along with many other estate agents. I would rate Whitehornes at the bottom of all the ones we dealt with. They didn't return calls, didn't answer the phone even after attempting to call on five separate occasions. The whole process of trying to arrange views and put offers in on a couple of proprieties put us off looking at others that were being sold by them. I think they either don't employ enough staff or are taking to many properties on.
