Good help when initially buying and were patient with us. However some information given was misleading eg told the mattress would have a cooling effect but has made me really hot in bed. Also told there is a 40 day return policy on mattresses but in fact only a 10 day window as can't return before 30 days so if you work ft hard to arrange.The reason though I have given it such a low score was because of the aprutness and sarcasm and not being believed by some staff when trying to return a faulty headboard via the local branch plus not being offered a full refund due the original receipt being incorrect due to a customer service adviser error originally. In the end my husband had to spend time altering it so it fitted our old bed and adjusting out old headboard to the bew one, as the headboard we bought wasn't manufactured and assembled properly to fit the bed. This then put me off returning the matress and now I having to live with a matress that is too hard and too hot.Dreams is fine while you are buying but if you have a problem their afterservice lets you down if you have to speak to the local branch. The actual customer service seemed OK though when I spoke to them and they had agreed to do an independent inspection, but it was a very long drawn out process to get the right number as it kept returning me to the local branch where I experienced further bad experiences, so in the end I gave up.
Didn't have what we went for even though its advertised on their site
Didn't have the pillows I wanted in stock. Couldn't order them to the store so I could try them. Unable to tell me if I have to pay returns fees if the pillows were unsuitable. Spoke to 'advisor' online to ask the same question. She was unable to help me and kept me waiting a very long time to tell me she didn't know! Emailed company and no response. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else that are interested in their customers!
Nice friendly staff who went out of their way to help us choose a new mattress. Offered us refreshments on a really hot day which were very welcome. The lady who helped us didn't put us under any pressure to buy and was very patient with us while we chose offering expert advice when needed. She was a credit to her company and didn't recommend products based purely on price. Would definite use this shop again.
