This wonderful independent store delivers the kind of professional service you hope for but very rarely get these days. Fantastic range of furniture, very knowledgeable staff, they treat you with respect and provide the right level of attention as you browse the store. Great coffee shop too. I had contact with two generations of the actual Ponsford family and several other staff, all really know their stuff. After sales service also impressive. Its a great pity you hardly ever encounter this kind of professionalism these days. I rarely bother with doing reviews but I was so impressed, felt I had to do one for Ponsford! Thank you!
