I bought my carpets, underlay, Lino, grippers and a bed for my 3 bed house. This was with fitting for around 900. I was very impressed with the quality, fitting, reliability and price of course. My son is moving in and I plan to shop again at this exceptional furniture & Carpet store. Everything you need under one roof. Try this store first before you trudge around everywhere, looking for individual items. Sell faulty items never purchase from here as well faulty items and take you for a fool....management lie to sell their faulty items and then make stories up...no sight of owner...so no point complaining
ddint Call me to discuss a time to come measure have to pay 10 put front for this service and they cant even be bothered to call you then I went in store to buy carpet for my livingroom/ 2 x bedrooms had over 1000 to spend the guy was snappy and mardy towards me I had previously seen him when his manager was about and he was very friendly and had good customer service this time while his boss wasnt here he was just plain rude!! Lost a customer because he couldnt even be bothered to help me find the right carpet and he laughed when I said il go elsewhere! You must not need customers feel bad for the manager not knowing what his staff are like when hes not there!!
Very disappointed , fitting should be done on the morning as we asked for and was done 2 pm. Try to contact shop twice to get some information and they didn't answer any of my questions.Waste all day for waiting. We were first customer who book fitting that day so really unfair.
Had two large wardrobes and a large chest of drawers delivered and assembled on thurs. Great service from start to finish. Very helpful with any questions we had on choosing our products. Had a call from them to say they were going to arrive in 1 hr and did so. Two very well presented and polite guys were very quick at assembling the furniture, one drawer broke but replaced next day. All in all a fantastic service and would recommend.
