Having had a previous terrible experience with another vets, we needed to find a practice that were trustworthy and caring and this has been where weve brought our dog since. They listen to any concerns I have regarding my dog, put us at ease also when we are worried. My dogs issue was solved quickly and I would definitely recommend this practice.
Absolutely shocking just been ripped off by these gets was worried my dog had eaten some chocolate my grand daughter had dropped so I rang this vets they told me to bring her in straight away because it's very bad for dogs i was told on the phone so i started to panic after the conversation I had so went straight there my dog was checked out and all her vitals where fine next thing vet turned to me and said we'll keep her here for a few hours just to keep an eye on her at this point no price discussed got a phone call 4 hours later told me to pick her up she fine when I got there my dog was fine and the same as when I brought her in then came the Bill that'll 183 please me as I am paid it and told me to come back the following morning which i did my dog still the same next morning so I went and the vet picked her and said she's looking fine and off i went home thinking have I just been ripped off Well yes because they have just phone me to say I never paid for the morning appointment 28 spoke to resepion and she didn't want to know all I got was it's a business do I pay are not and they'll never see my pets ever again
Staff are always polite and friendly and interact with my dog to make him feel at ease
Excellent vets. Feel they get to know your pet and ourselves, and provide a thorough service by clearly explaining treatment and options. Able to get appointments at convenient times, suitable to our work. Would highly recommend.
