Anyone that knows me and has seen my reviews will know that I never write anything negative, but wanted to make an exception in the case of this vets. Saying that, I am absolutely sure that the experience will vary from customer to customer as can be evidenced by the good reviews here. However, my experience was that of a couple of 'flash Alec' vets who bobbed and weaved, right up to modifying their story of events when I questioned their behaviour and actions at the highest level. The net result of their care was my cat slipping into a horribly unwell state and finally dying with me, on a Saturday evening. I guess I was just unlucky in who I saw.

As a boarding kennel owner i see more vets than most people. I use hallam for my own pets because they are significantly better than any other vets. The staff are always incredibly knowledgable, professional and compassionate. Well worth the 80 mile round trip.
Cannot rate this vets high enough, the staff are so helpful and understanding. The opening hours are excellent, we were able to take our cat in with ten minutes notice on a Sunday morning. Wouldn't dream of taking my fur baby anywhere else.
