The lady on the reception desk was very polite and helpful, however, the woman I saw with my Jack Russell was worse than useless to put it lightly. However, don't let that put you off taking your pet to these vets as I am sure that other vets there will be a lot more willing to offer help to tour pet than the useless person I saw.

TURNED up without an appointment after our puppy drank caustic soda the staff were fantastic and quickly booked the dog in and began treatment my dog required several nights of intensive care as we were unsure of the extent of the damage caused by the caustic soda after 2days I visited my dog and i have to say staff look after all the animals to highest standards the animals I saw were are clean and well looked after it help put my mind at ease knowing she was in the best place 2 days later our dog came home This is an amazing charity me and my family appreciate everything without them we would have been unable to afford emergency care
We unfortunately had to take our cat because of a unfortunate injury and they was very lovely, friendly and caring. Very professional and clean environment. They made sure our cat was comfortable and tried to keep her as calm as possible.
Help us a lot after we found a stray cat, we thought that it was going to die but after the vet worked his magic a few days later the stray is doing really well and we are happy. would recommend to people like myself who don't have loads of money and need help.If you can would you all please save your news papers for them as they need them. thanks
