Not a good experience staff far from helpful and not at all helpful given the wrong information about when my 11 week old puppy could go out
Have switched vets as we find this vets to be very expensive and the healthy pet club is no help with money when your pet is ill. Might as well save the money going into it for when your pet is ill.
