Have used the service in a real pickle after Dollar refused to give me the car I had ordered and paid for in advance (don't rent with them! their policy is ridiculous!). Staff was super friendly and did their utmost to get us a car as quickly as possible. We were on the road in less than half an hour. Never once heard "we can't do that" (which was the theme song of the other company).Would rent again in a heartbeat!Thank you for brilliant costumer service! Ok, but sometimes it's a long wait, especially when you have reserved a car in advance.

I have used these guys multiple times for van hire when moving furniture. Great vehicles, great service and such friendly staff. I have also used them for a hire vehicle through my insurance and their service again was spot on and even when i messed the dates up they were fab in rearranging delivery of the vehicle. Highly recommended. Miles better than the alternative that is located a few miles down as they were appalling. Thanks guys
This office is much more convenient than using the other office closer to the city centre, no delays with rush hour traffic.The staff, lead by Adnan, were very pleasant with a minimum of time taken to collect and return the vehicle. A pleasant change from other offices previously used. Just a pity the is no off street parking for private vehicles.
