Car has been lovely, and the staff were nothing but kind and helpful. If I come back to this part of the UK I would definitely use this service again.
Horrible experience. Reserved car and received confirmation number. Went through the trouble and expense of traveling to pickup the car to find it was not available. They would only offer a car at nearly twice the cost of the one I reserved. The customer service doesn't even deserve one full star as there reply was basically "tough luck".Will never use them again.
Ginger guy is very rude! They're tramps they withhold cars from customers so they can drive around in them. Clearly he works at europcar to drive their cars that's it with no effort to fulfill the company's commitment. Fancy being told there's no cars available when there's 6 cars on forecourt only having just heard them saying he's stuffed all cars we've got are the ones we are going home in and i heard him saying that as I walked through car park. I'm sure you can catch a lift with your colleague while a paying customer rents a car but hey ho what do I know.
Picked a car up on a Saturday, when I got home I found both front tyres bold and illegal to drive, office was closed so could do nothing. Had to drive and wait 2 hours in Quick fit on a Sunday to have them changed. Sent emails to complain.....and nothing, not even an apology. Terrible service
