Good service
I recently had to put my BMW into the dealers in Sheffield at short notice to fix a fault. At the dealers I met Paul Gray of Enterprise who sorted everything out for me. He provided a replacement BMW of the same size and completed all the paperwork at once. I was back on the road very quickly .Full marks.
Hi I would like to thank all the staff at Enterprise Sheffield Meadowhall. They are fantasic. I have be using themApprox 3 times a year for 5 years They have certainly made my stay so much easier. On this last occasion in May they went above and beyond. I drive an Automatic car and this can prove a challange. Obviously within my price bracket. On this occasion the car I should have had was not returned. No problem for them they very kindly up graded the car and I went on my way.Anyone needing to hire a car do not hesitate. We hired a van here and the clutch went within ten minutes . Not good. We returned it and the team searched all over to find a replacement. One of the guys went to Barnsley to get one of a similar size. Although this took a while and made us a bit late we were compensated . The staff were friendly and looked for solutions to make the customer happy . I would hire from this branch again .
Well these guys excelled yet again. Fantastic customer service from everyone. Got so much for my money and the vehicle was fab. They actually gave me a free up-grade due to my van being stuck in traffic. Also got a lift back to drop my car off and also pick it up after returning the van. Highly recommend to anyone. 5star.
