I was referred to ENT consultant Mr Andrew Parker following a period of congested sinuses and dizzy spells. I was able to choose the appointment, which took place within three working days. An MRI scan was subsequently offered and was booked the same week. Two days later results were available and a follow-up appointment was scheduled for a week after my initial consultation. Mr Parker offered genuinely caring - as opposed to just clinical - care. I highly recommend this consultant and hospital in this regard.
when I arrived at reception I was informed that my appointment wasnt even on . The system then had to fill forms out . Then had to wait for over an hour to be seen disgusting glad I wasnt paying . For it !
I've had neck surgery at this hospital on the 7th of January 2019..The care and commitment was fantastic..I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of spinal operation. 100% brilliant
Both dermatologists I saw were absolutely useless. Dr Ruth Murray sent me all the way to chesterfield hospital with the wrong prescription TWICE and no apology was offered. The NHS staff had to sort it out for me. You pay 100s for checkups that literally last 5 minutes and most of the time youre stuck in the waiting room for at least half an hour. The staff on reception are very rude, abrupt and dont seem to know whats going on half the time. Will never be paying to come here again and will not recommend this hospital to anyone.
Recently had spinal surgery at BMI Thornbury. From the moment I arrived I was treated with compassion and respect. Nothing was too much of a problem. The staff were all supportive particularly the ward staff who spent hours sorting out my post operative pain. Thank you to all who cared for me.
