I had my first professional massage here and it was so lovely and relaxing. My family and I then spent an hour in the pool afterwards. Staff all friendly and helpful and very pleasant and clean changing rooms and building!
At first it was a little weird because I got used to big city hotels, but the very nice staff and nice vibe of the place really makes it one of the best hotels I've been to. Loved it, would come back. Thank you very much.
Parking available on site is a plus, but you do pay extra. Rooms clean and tidy, gym suite is good but pool and spa area, especially changing rooms are a little tired. Located off the centre of the city, but 5 min walk through less selubrious area gets you there.Breakfast area and lounge are good and food offerings are very good. Most staff are very polite and helpful, only one in the breakfast area seemed a little off.
Renovated rooms are nice. Food in the lounge bar is excellent.Staff friendly and helpful.Would definitely recommend
The hotel is placed in a quiet neighborhood, so at evening hours you may need a cab taxi for moving .Otherwise, the room is cozy ,clean and big enough. There is a welcome bottle of still and sparkling water. There is also a coffee and tea cattle. WiFi is working well. Bathroom is amazing with big bath and amenities ( but no toothpaste and toothbrush). The staff is very kind and the service is excellent. The room has a big window with a view to the surrounding area.
