The lobby and restaurant are great, and it couldnt be closer to the station. Unfortunately when you go upstairs the magic fades. Rooms are small and the BEDS. My god, the beds. I have slept in hotels around the world. Im not fussy about a mattress and have never struggled to sleep because a mattress was bad... until now. The other review describing it as concrete is spot on. Horribly uncomfortable and almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom plumbing is connected to the room next door so if someone next door showers it is louder than the tv in your own room. And while most receptionists were helpful, one in particular was really rude to us. Youd be better off going further from the station for a better nights sleep at a better price.

absolutely recommend this hotel. Our stay was so relaxed, beds very comfortable and the staff was 100% helpful. Everything we needed was rite there. Beautiful hotel in such a beautiful place. The food was so nice. We didn't want to leave definitely staying here again and very soon. Thank you very much.
Came here 19/01/19 for 40th anniversary with family, booked it because has pool so can enjoy with grandchildren. Checked in at 2pm. 3 pm we all got ready for swim, went to pool and notice up saying closed. Asked reception said it was closed this morning. Asked why we was not told this when we checked in and asked if we could use pool in their sister hotel next-door...a reasonable request. no cant do that we were told. Can cancel our rooms and book some where else if we want...yes, great idea at 3pm with 2 children under 5! asked how much sister hotel was 120 each room we were told. We didn't want to change and be out of pocket so asked if they would pay difference... half an hour laterl we were told sister hotel was now 175+195 for the 2 rooms? we were then given permission to use sister hotel pool. We had to go out of my hotel into cold and back in freezing cold weather after swim(Jan 2019) Absolutely disgusting. Terrible manager no one knew what to do and ruined a family get together...well done!
Beautiful. Writing an article in the restaurant area great ambiance and service. Ordered some food which was made fresh and to a high standard. Definitely recommend it as a whole!
