Not the best. The guy running it sleeps on a sofa in the office. Stank of garlic bread and reheated pizza at 7am. Only 1 parking space and it's a nightmare to manover
My band stayed there whilst up in Sheffield on the weekend just gone. The staff were lovely and more than helpful and we had an excellent stay, beds are very comfy, showers are on point and location is great from the city centre. Also Socks the cat is a legend.
Stayed for a festival. Excellent for the price if you have realistic expectations. Nice staff. Bit far from the city centre but close enough to the tram.
Not clean or tidy. It has a shared kitchen, not very clean. At least the lady who worked there when i was there is polite and friendly.
Very good value for money. Shared (and not very clean) bathroom, shared kitchen with all basic utensils, some milk, tea, muesli, toasts for breakfast. Parking on the street (semi-official and free). WiFi free, fast, but works irregularly. City center within (quite significant) walking distance.
