Awful experience. Stephen (Commercial Sales) would not allow me to test drive a Van as i was considering one at another dealer. As a MAIN DEALER your manufacturer would be unhappy that you are not willing to assist one of their customers, regardless of where they end up purchasing. The way that this was conveyed to me was incredibly abrupt and Rude.You had a golden opportunity to offer to try to sell a new one, or a used from your own stock, but instead you felt it was appropriate to laugh in my face.I will go out of my way to recommend going anywhere else but here.
