Hello, After several calls, messages left and emails still no one has got back to me with regards to the van I purchased from you a few weeks ago with with faulty brakes and auxiliary belt. If someone could let me know what you intend to do with regards to this it would be very much appreciated.
Went to look at a crew cab van for the family, dog and bikes. Steve gave us the keys and left us to look at the van on our own, no pressurised sales pitch and he was very helpful when we were taking seats out etc to see if everything fitted. Took it for a test drive and decided to go for it. Steve sorted the paperwork out straight away with no sales pitch for finance (as it should be). Picked my van up a week later with a fresh MOT and happy with the experience. I would recommend buying a car or van from here!

I bought a car today from The Car Megastore and it is my pleasure to give a (voluntary) 5-star rating for their service and for the car itself. It's not my favorite thing at all, finding/buying a car online, but everything was a pleasure from start to finish (no sales pressure at any time, no surprises), and the car is perfect. I was looking for peace of mind and choose to buy from this dealer because they won the Top Rated Dealer Award 2018, which I thought has to mean something. Despite being 2 hours away from where I live I can tell it was worth making the journey to get my next car. It is of course early days, I will edit this review if anything within the first month and if not, these 5 stars are well deserved!!
Great prices on lovely cars. Steve was very helpful and friendly without any pushy sales talk. He let me browse at my own leisure and was on hand to offer advice and information when needed, very knowledgeable too. Would definitely recommend.
