I collected my Jeep Grand Cherokee last night from Sheffield, very smooth service. Went to test drive a car, there was only 5 mile range in fuel tank, "don't worry" they said that's plenty, they let me drive approximately 1 mile around 2 round abouts and back, not really a sufficient test drive when looking at buying a 10k car. Then got told I wouldn't get finance anyway due to having an Army Barracks address. Went else where to a big reputable company and got a much better deal/car.
I would have given a 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the fact that after owning the car for 1 week, I had to take the car to BMW to sort a drivetrain issue out under the manufacturer warranty. All sorted now and I suppose car people may not have known about the issue. Other than this, my experience with car people was excellent and I would say that the process was far better than other car supermarkets I have dealt with in the past. Very fast, friendly and professional customer service which is unique these days.
