Would mark as zero stars but not allowed to. Terrible customer service on the phone and in person. Have been to 3 Evans Halshaws over the past couple of days to look at specific automatic cars that we have seen online and have then rung to confirm that they are on the forecourt and are indeed automatic cars. After being told that they were, 2 out of the 3 cars were in fact manual even though they were marked up as automatic in the car windows!! None of the sales people we dealt with even offered their name let alone a handshake; how unprofessional. What a shambles of a company.
Have a twingo that had only done 3.5k miles. Driving to mums the spanner lit up on the dashboard so drove straight to Evans Halshaw. Had no appointment but they still took time to look at my car. Marvellous service. Thank you Sheffield. J

They had good range of cars for a small family car on motability. They were able to answered our questions with care as well.
