The staff are amazing. One of our wipers stopped working and they fixed the problem and valeted the whole care FOC. Great service-tough to consider another brand of car when the folks at Lexus Sheffield are so honest and reliable.

Absolutely perfect service department, nothing is too much trouble, the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, they won't rush you, they know that you paid for a luxury car and they give you luxury service. Even after an annual service, the car has been washed inside and out, sweets left for me, free loan car if I needed it, courtesy phone call next day. If something needs doing, they send you a video of it. :) Of course, the prices are luxurious too.
