After originally using JCT for serving many years ago, i am now on my second PCH vehicle arranged through them. There were issues securing my latest vehicle (which wasn't the fault of JCT). Following my car being written off while parked, I had to sort a new car really quickly.The service from Tim, and Seat, was brilliant. Everything was explained very clearly and the attention to detail was great. Within a week of having my car written off, I was taking delivery of a new car. On collection, some useful extras had also been added at no extra cost. Tim ensured that I was happy with the car before I left, taking me on a tour of the car and all its' features.Thank you for the great service.
Booked service using my vw app, added some issues regarding my car in the additional comments section but it wasn't looked into. Wouldn't do recall emissions check because I had a amber warning light on. Price way too steep for a very basic service. Other than that, good report back while car in service with the video feeds. Cleaned and vacuumed car after.
