We did have cause to take the car back for a minor issue to be rectified, it was dealt with promptly and without quibble, even lent us a BMW as a run around, so we weren't stuck for transport. Only a few months into new ownership - a chance visit to an Audi garage to get an extra key - resulted in Audi coming back to me with 3 sheets of advisories some MOT failure items. I asked for these items to be rectified - they weren't keen to do that or talk about things - but very quick though to appoint a legal firm - I am now going into legals.
