Extremely terrible service and company. We did not order negative service but they charged us it. Also, we returned the car on time and they promised us to not charge any other fees however, they finally charged us one more day.

I would give a zero if it was an option! I rented a car for 4 days paying around 61 overall, rented so many times before as well. At drop off I was 1 hour late and the staff first checked in the car, only after told me I was going to get charged for an extra day, I had to ask for the amount I was getting charged and the guy said 53 (absolutely autrageuos given the amount paid for 4 days) and at my request to keep the car since I was getting charged for "an extra day" I was told it wasn't possible as the car was already checked in. Never mind the poor professionalism and non-existing customer service used to handle the situation! I rent cars quite often and as I said, rented from Sixt several times before: that's the courtesy reserved to loyal customers. Disgusting!
