Excellent treatment on several visits and two stays
I go to this hospital. 4 times and more they been very good with me sheffield is one off the best ibeen in
Found Critical Care on I floor to be above Outstanding, namely Martin who cared for my husband and in general hence the 3 stars....however I cannot rate higher as the sheer ignorance and inability of any people skills by staff on B floor was quite disappointing to say the least. Any worries voiced to the ward head are seemingly dismisses and answers given based on their view of the patients causes or history into their being hospitalised. Very rude and not once did anyone discuss with us the plan for medication/discharge or need for aftercare. Really bad especially with Northern General within this group who to my experiences are again outstanding.
I had a stroke on the 20th august 2016 I was admitted to L 2 ward the staff were wonderful and looked after me so well I'm now fully recovered
I was visiting my daughter in Sheffield and had trouble with my eyes. I attended the eye clinic walk in centre on Wed 7 Mar and I was out within 15 mins having seen the receptionist, been assessed by the nurse and then seen the nurse practitioner and given steroid eye drops. What a wonderful service. Thank you so much.
